Veteran Recruiting

Veteran Recruiting Program (VRP) – the non-profit works with the Veterans Transitional Readiness Office (TRO) before Veterans retire and begin its recruiting process while the Veterans are still in active duty.  

 

Once a Veteran retires we work with them using the Military Occupational Specialty (MOS) designations that match job requirements so our prospects are a better fit for the Veteran in the job search process.  And we use the Alternative Screening Questionnaire (ASQ) that provides a better match to job requirements.  

 

These Veterans will also have the opportunity to become faculty members in the Honor, Courage and Commitment (HCC) Program should that be a fit and funding be available.
